Check whether you are purchasing a standalone course or a membership. Ask about recurring charges, cancellation, software renewals, and continued access after cancellation. The product listing includes a 12-month Micro Farm Sites trial; a trial does not establish the cost of keeping that service afterward.
The course sales page describes a 30-day refund offer that requires a completion certificate and refers to completing and implementing the training. Read the terms attached to your checkout and get unclear conditions confirmed in writing. Do not treat this as an unconditional refund promise.
What the marketing numbers leave out
Sales revenue is not take-home profit. Seeds and growing medium are only part of the expense. Count trays, lighting, utilities, packaging, failed batches, unsold product, payment fees, delivery, and your time. Equipment, insurance, premises, and other overhead also need funding.
A useful training-budget check is: course cost divided by additional contribution per order = orders needed to recover the course cost. For example, a $1,000 training expense divided by $5 left per additional order requires 200 additional orders.
